The YMCA is here to help you with your weight loss goals! This motivating 10 week challenge has participants competing against one another to lose the highest percentage of body weight. Participants can join the challenge either as an individual or on a team of 4-5 individuals. All results are posted under a secret name and as a percentage of weight lost. Body weights are kept confidential and are never revealed.
