Are you looking to start exercise but aren’t quite sure where to start? Join the Titusville YMCA for their SMART Start program on Wednesday’s from 5:15-6:00pm starting January 20th. This eight week beginner program will include both instruction and exercise, led by a qualified fitness professional. Each class will build on the previous exercise related topic to build your overall knowledge regarding physical fitness, and to build your confidence and comfort with exercise.Within the small group setting, participants will be introduced to different types of group exercise classes, wellness center machines, and general fitness equipment.

Record your cardio in miles throughout to complete a half, full, or ulta marathon. Use a variety of cardio equipment and the walking track. Wellness Center Staff will record your progress and results.
