you can either weigh-in at the YMCA during open hours or weigh-in on your own scale and email your weight to Jacquelyn at firstname.lastname@example.org by midnight Tuesdays.
Weekly results will be posted at the YMCA and on a private Facebook page as a percentage of weight lost under your chosen "secret name." Your actual weight will never be posted or revealed.
