Gymnastics & Ninjanastics
Beginner Gymnastics (Ages 6-18)
Beginner Gymnastics is a recreational gymnastics program for ages 6 and up that teaches children fundamental gymnastics skills, sportsmanship, and to have fun while staying physically active. Recreational gymnastics programs are great for children that are interested in trying out gymnastics, have the desire to progress to competitive gymnastics, or just want to improve their athleticism and have fun.
Class held in 6 week sessions

Little Ninjanastics (Ages 3 - Grade K5)
Combining ninja warrior activities with fundamental gymnastics exercises, athletes will experience a well-rounded fitness practice.
Gymnastics stations may include our balance beams, trampoline spring board, bars, and introductory training on a variety of gymnastics apparatus to enhance core strength, balance and agility.
General fitness training (pull ups, squat jumps, push-ups, etc) are often a part of the practices.
The goal of this program is to have a blast with challenging obstacles courses, strength and conditioning, and practicing fundamental gymnastics flips and tricks.

Parent/Toddler Ninjanastics (Ages 1-2)
Classes use parent involvement and focus on exploration movement discovery. During class, children and their parents will do silly stretches, activities, and explore on the gymnastics equipment and ninja obstacles. The goal of the class is to allow the child and parent the opportunity to work together with a mix of instructor led activities and free play.
Parent/guardian participation is required!
