SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Participants will alternate using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball with non-impact movements. A chair is offered for additional support, stretching, and relaxation exercises. Please wear athletic shoes, comfortable clothes, and bring a bottle of water.

SilverSneakers EnerChi

EnerChi is comprised of easy-to-learn, modified tai chi forms aimed at improving well-being. Low-impact movements are practiced in a slow, flowing sequence to progress strength, balance and focus. Chair support is offered to facilitate standing stability and seated exercise options.

Balance and Fall Prevention

Stability starts here as you develop muscles that are vital for balance and to protect against falls. This class will help to reduce injuries, increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, and improve posture.

This fun, dance-inspired workout improves your cardio fitness with easy-to-follow moves set to energizing music.
