To our SilverSneakers Members,
We want to take a moment to check on you to ensure that you are staying with your important health and wellness routines. Below, we listed many options available to you to be able to continue to stay physically active at-home.
We are able to track your activity so that you get credit through SilverSneakers and we continue to receive funding. Visit our SilverSneakers Activity Log by clicking here and let us know you are continuing to focus on your health and wellness on a daily basis. It’s as simple as entering your name and selecting the days you exercised. Please log your workouts at least on a weekly basis. If you do not have access to the internet to log your activity, call the YMCA and leave a message each weekend with your name and the days you exercised that week.
