Lose2Win Weight Loss Challenge

10 week weight loss competition that begins Tuesday, January 5th, 2021.

Weekly weigh-ins will occur on Tuesdays you can either weigh-in at the YMCA during open hours or weigh-in on your own scale and email your weight to Jacquelyn at jslater@titusvileymca.org by midnight Tuesdays. 

Your weight will be kept confidential!

Weekly results will be posted at the YMCA and on a private Facebook page as a percentage of weight lost under your chosen "secret name."  Your actual weight will never be posted or revealed. 

Smart Start

 Are you looking to start exercise but aren’t quite sure where to start? Join the Titusville YMCA for their SMART Start program on Thursday’s from 6-6:45pm starting March 25th. This eight week beginner program will include both instruction and exercise, led by a qualified fitness professional. Each class will build on the previous exercise related topic to build your overall knowledge regarding physical fitness, and to build your confidence and comfort with exercise.Within the small group setting, participants will be introduced to different types of group exercise classes, wellness center machines, and general fitness equipment.

Ages 13-100+ 

Dates: March 25-May 13 (8 week program) 
Days: Thursdays

Deal or No Deal

Dates: March 15-May 1

Add fun to your Wellness Center routine with this interactive game! Choose a briefcase to reveal a hidden workout challenge! Scores will be tracked and listed to encourage participation and friendly competition!

Virtual Step Challenge

Maintain Don't Gain

Continue your weight loss or weight maintence journey! 

  • Open to any YMCA member
  • If you particpiated in Lose2Win, you will not have an intial weigh-in. Your final weight from Lose2Win will be used as your inital weight for Maintain, Don't Gain. If you did not participate in Lose2Win, you will need to weigh-in on Wednesday, March 17 or March 18th.
