YOUTH ACTIVITIES

Youth Weight Traning

Youth Weight Training is geared towards middle to high school students that are interested in beginning weightlifting. This instructor led class will teach proper form, lifting safety, spotting, human anatomy and different types of exercises.  

Dates: January 3 - March 28
Grades: 5 - 12
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 3:30 - 4:15 PM
Cost: Members - Free, Non-members - $3/class


Gym Games

Dates: January 4 - March 29
Grades: 3 - 8
Days: Fridays
Time: 6:00-8:00 PM
Cost: Members - Free, Non-members - $3/class


Outdoor Club

Dates: January 8 - March 26
Grades: 3 - 8
Day: Tuesdays 
Time: 3:30-4:15 PM 
Location: Burgess Park Field

Speed and Agility Training

Get ready for your spring sports season with speed and agility training focused on drills and techniques to make you run faster and maneuver quickly and safely.

Dates: January 21 - February 27
Grades: 5 - 12
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Time: 3:30 - 4:15 PM
Cost: Members - $16, Non-members - $32


Home School Gym

Learn sports skills and have fun playing games in the gym. Open to any child who is home schooled. This program follows the TASD schedule, and is held Fridays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. 

Cost: Member - Free / Non-Member - $3/class / Non-Member Family - $5/class
