Assistant Childcare Director

The Titusville YMCA is seeking a caring, organized, and dependable individual to serve as our Assistant Childcare Director. This position supports the daily operations of the childcare program, including staff support, family communication, billing and account management, licensing compliance, scheduling, and program quality. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, demonstrates professionalism and leadership, and has strong communication and computer skills. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required, or the candidate must be actively working toward obtaining one. Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively with staff, and uphold YMCA values in a positive and welcoming environment.

Education Center Receptionist / Preschool Classroom Assistant

• Open the Education Center and cover the front desk
• Greet families and answer phones
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Use YMCA membership software
• Assist in the preschool classroom as needed
